Aether Fire brings together the technical expertise required to turn advanced drone technology into a practical wildfire protection solution.
Our team includes active and retired fire captains and engineers, aviation and heavy-lift drone specialists, FAA-certified operators, and experienced aerial application professionals. Together, they contribute decades of experience in wildfire behavior, fire prevention, unmanned aircraft systems, precision spraying, equipment development, and complex field operations.
Aether's heavy-lift drones are purpose-built for demanding applications. They can carry and precisely apply high volumes of fire retardant across steep slopes, rugged terrain, dense vegetation, and other areas that are difficult or unsafe to reach with conventional equipment. Every operation is supported by careful planning, calibrated application systems, trained personnel, and the regulatory experience required to conduct specialized aerial work safely and effectively.
Our approach has been developed through continuous research, equipment testing, live field demonstrations, and direct collaboration with fire professionals, engineers, property owners, and application experts across multiple states. That work continues to shape how we deploy the technology and adapt each treatment to the property, terrain, vegetation, and level of wildfire exposure.
Aether combines this operational expertise with Fire Terminator FT JN669—a nonhazardous, biodegradable, PFOS/PFOA-free long-term fire retardant designed to provide extended protection between treatments.
This is more than a drone carrying fire retardant. It is a complete system built around specialized aircraft, experienced professionals, precision application, and a clear understanding of the environments we are working to protect.
