IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aether Fire Protech. By booking a service, making a payment, or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aether Fire Protech provides preventative wildfire treatment services using FAA-certified drone operators to apply Fire Terminator (FT JN669), a non-hazardous, biodegradable, PFOS/PFOA-free fire retardant to residential and rural properties. Services are currently available in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. Treatment services are performed by Aether Fire Protech and/or its licensed subcontractor, Ag-Bee LLC (38919 Mesa Road, Temecula, CA 92592). Fire Terminator provides up to 4 months of wildfire protection per treatment under normal conditions. Effectiveness may vary based on weather, rainfall, wind, and other environmental factors. No guarantee of absolute fire prevention is made or implied.
Services are booked through our online scheduling system at aetherfireprotech.as.me. Your appointment is not confirmed until: (1) your intake form is completed, (2) your 50% deposit is processed, (3) your Service Agreement is signed via DocuSign, and (4) you receive written confirmation from Aether Fire Protech.
Standard pricing: Urban Small (up to 25,000 sq ft) $5,999 | Urban Large (25,001–50,000 sq ft) $7,999 | Urban Extra Large (over 50,000 sq ft) $7,999 base + $1,999 per additional 25,000 sq ft block | Neighborhood Group Rate (3+ homes, same block) $3,500 per home up to 50,000 sq ft combined | Rural (up to 1 acre) $5,999 | Rural each additional acre $1,999.
Urban Extra Large Overage: Each additional 25,000 sq ft block or any fraction thereof is billed at $1,999. Any partial block is billed as a full block — no prorated partial-block charges. Example: 65,000 sq ft = $7,999 base + $1,999 = $9,998 total.
Neighborhood Group Rate: Applies when 3 or more homes on the same block book together. Combined treatment covers up to 50,000 sq ft. Any square footage beyond 50,000 sq ft combined is subject to the $1,999 per 25,000 sq ft block overage fee. Homes must be on the same block but do not need to be on consecutive or adjacent lots.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — DEPOSIT POLICY: I understand that a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service fee is due at the time of booking. My appointment is not confirmed until this deposit is successfully processed.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — AUTOMATIC FINAL CHARGE: I understand and authorize Aether Fire Protech to automatically charge the remaining 50% balance to my card on file immediately following completion of my treatment service, without requiring additional approval at the time of service completion.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand the following cancellation terms: Cancellation more than 72 hours before appointment — 50% deposit refunded in full. Cancellation 48–72 hours before appointment — deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled appointment within 90 days. Cancellation within 48 hours — deposit is forfeited, no credit issued. Cancellations must be made through the link in your booking confirmation email.
You may reschedule at any time prior to your service date at no charge through the link in your confirmation email. Aether Fire Protech reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, FAA airspace restrictions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. No penalty applies to Company-initiated reschedules.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — PROPERTY MARKERS: I understand that prior to my scheduled treatment, I am required to place visible property markers at the boundaries of my treatment area as instructed in my pre-treatment checklist. Failure to place markers prior to my appointment may result in incomplete coverage. Aether Fire Protech shall not be liable for any gaps in treatment resulting from unmarked or incorrectly marked property boundaries.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — PRE-TREATMENT REQUIREMENTS: I understand that I am responsible for completing all pre-treatment preparation requirements provided in my pre-treatment checklist, sent 7 days and 48 hours before my appointment. Failure to complete required preparation may affect treatment effectiveness or result in rescheduling at my expense. Requirements include: ensuring clear drone access to all treatment areas, removing or covering outdoor furniture and sensitive items, notifying household members and guests, securing pets indoors, and removing overhead obstructions.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — PROPERTY ACCESS: I represent and warrant that I am the property owner or have explicit authorization from the property owner to schedule and authorize treatment services, and that I will provide necessary access to the property on the scheduled service date.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: I understand and agree that Aether Fire Protech's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service appointment giving rise to the claim.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — NO FIRE PREVENTION GUARANTEE: I understand that Fire Terminator (FT JN669) is a wildfire deterrent and fire retardant designed to reduce ignition risk and slow fire spread. I acknowledge that NO wildfire treatment service or product can guarantee absolute protection from wildfire. Aether Fire Protech makes no representation or warranty that treatment will prevent fire damage to my property under any circumstances.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aether Fire Protech, its officers, employees, subcontractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, failure to complete pre-treatment requirements, inaccurate property information, or your negligence.
All drone operations are conducted by FAA-certified Remote Pilot-in-Command operators in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — FAA COMPLIANCE: I understand that drone operations are subject to FAA regulations, local airspace restrictions, and temporary flight restrictions. Aether Fire Protech may be required to delay, modify, or cancel operations due to regulatory requirements. No permits are required on my part — all flight compliance is managed by Aether Fire Protech.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — PRODUCT CONSENT: I acknowledge that the fire retardant product used in my treatment is Fire Terminator (FT JN669), which is non-hazardous, biodegradable, and free of PFOS and PFOA compounds. I confirm I have had the opportunity to review product information and ask questions prior to booking. I consent to the application of this product to my property.
A formal Service Agreement will be sent via DocuSign following booking confirmation and deposit payment. Treatment will not be performed until a signed Service Agreement is on file. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement shall control.
Both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith by contacting Aether Fire Protech at info@aetherfireprotech.com or 1-855-723-8437. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action or representative proceeding. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

I am the property owner or have authorization to schedule this service
I have reviewed pre-treatment requirements and agree to complete them before my appointment
I am required to place visible property markers at my treatment area boundaries before my appointment
I consent to the application of Fire Terminator (FT JN669) to my property
I understand drone operations are subject to FAA regulations and may be rescheduled due to airspace or weather
I agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California
